I placed an order on December 7. I ordered matching flashlights for my 1o year old sons which were Christmas presents and at the time were listed as in stock. I also ordered some items that were on back order but were expected to be in at the end of December. When I had not heard anything from the company by December 15th I tried calling the company. I got a message saying they were overwhelmed with calls and to call back later. I e-mailed customer service and didn't receive a reply for two days. I finally got to talk to a person in customer service and they assured me I would receive my gifts on time for Christmas. I did receive my package on December 21st with a note saying that one of my flashlights was on backorder. It would have been nice to know this earlier so I could have ordered one from another source. I ended up not giving the flashlight I had since I didn't have one for both boys. On January 15th I got an e-mail saying that the other flashlight was out of stock and this order was cancelled. I'm still waiting for my other items to arrive even though they have been listed as in stock on the website since December 23rd.

I'm amazed that this company can stay in business with service like this.
