Dishonest business practice, for woreless antenna

Cingular Wireless, which has been purchased by T-Mobile installed a wirless antenna over 1 year ago, and since they have installed the antenna, I have had several problems with leaks in my flat roof. Cingular / T Mobile hired Royal Roofing Company to complete their project, and they did not do a good job in sealing the beams that were installed to up hold their antenna. I contacted TMobile and meet with a rep. And they refused to fix the problem claiming it was caused by not maintaining the roof, which is false.

I feel as a small building owner, that I am being taken advantage of, and Royal Roofing has given me a quote of $35,000 to re-roof the entire roof. After talking to a few of the reps. From both companies, it feels like this has been done in the past and I would like to put a stop to it ASAP.
