Ripoff

Ordered cable box but received wrong one. I contacted them and they said to return for the exchange. I sent it back using a return receipt. When I received receipt I contacted them again and they said when they go over that unit they would send the other out.

I did't hear from them for a long time, after repeated E-mail still no answer. When I threatened to report them they finally e-mailed back and said they were out of business and nothing they could do.

Well I e-mailed them using a different E-mail address and they responded trying to sell thier box. I e-mailed again and stated I was the same person and they said contact the place I bought it from and that they were just tech support. I tryed e-mailing but I hav'nt heard from them since.

Website states they will exchange or refund money
