Poor Service, 644.00 damaged to vehicle during cd installation RIPOFF

I had a cd changer installed at Circuit City. During installation 644.00 of damage was done to my vehicle. I had no cooperation in resolving my issue, I was given the run around for 3 weeks. Finally I went through Coporate office and matter was resolved.

I am very displeased with Circuit City's poor customer service. I will never do business with this company again, and I will also let my fellow listners know about my horrible experience. All I wanted from Circuit City is for them to have my car repaired on the damages that they made. Store manager name was William Hughes. Road Shop manager name was Dewayne, I feel mangaement handled this matter very poorly.
