Flat out lied, then tried to mesh their explination with their vague contract

I was very skeptical of ordering anything over the internet in the first place so I asked the young lady over the phone several questions about the unit. She said, "you will get all of the channels including pay per view, all the movie channels and premium channels once you hook the box up, however I must inform you that you should contact your cable company and pay for any channels you receive." Once received we hooked up the unit and actually received less channels than without it. Contacted the cable company as I should have and the cable company was concerned that the epuipment I had purchased might be stollen and refused to assist with setting up. Contacted the Tech Support for Info Net Products to assist in getting the cable company to approve the equipment assuming the equipment was legit. Have not heard a thing from them. They did send me an email, "we can have you send it back but we will charge you a restocking fee of 20% that is in the contract." It's funny but the girl said technically that I should contact the cable company but would not need to do so and despite that the unit does not work as they said it would, they now try to stand behind their flimsy contract.
