Camera return not refunded, seller appears to be fake

I bought a camera from EGLOBAL CENTRAL internet site. about $400
The camera was obviously refurbished and non functional.
After one month of painful discussions through their RMA forms, they agreed that I could send it back for a refund.
Though the Hong Kong Post confirmed in writing that it has been delivered to EGLOBAL, they claim they have not received the parcel and refuse to refund.
I discovered that:
The invoice is fake. The company is not legally registered in HK as they claim.
They did not do any customs clearance and did not pay the due taxes.
Their address in HK is fake, it is the address of a company renting offices by the day or mailboxes.
They have no phone
They do not reply to emails.

They operate in a lot of European countries as well as in the US.
This business is based on the partnership (complicity??) of a wholesaler which is DGS GROUP Ltd in HK.

DGS Group Ltd ship the goods and act as if the goods are shipped by eGlobal. DGS explains how they do
