No item fake tracking

Ordered item on 7th of August. Requested shipping info. Responded that they were having problems with Canada post. Then on 21st I reached out for update and they said I'd get my item within 5 to 7 business days so I asked them for tracking info and they didn't respond. Opened a dispute with paypal on 23rd. They responded to PayPal that they had to wait for shipping info upload confirmation for 24 hrs. Finally after escalating the dispute, they entered a tracking number and said it would be confirmed within 24 hours. Another lie. PayPal closed the dispute and I reopened immediately by changing the reason as well as calling PayPal because the tracking information was fake. PayPal confirmed and gave me an immediate refund after reviewing my responses. I tried to be patient and contacted them first via email before I reached out to Paypal. Buyer beware
