Samsung customer service is unbelievable, i spent 250 quid on a laptop, theyve tried to fix it twice, lost the battery, supplied a faulty battery and now i have been waiting 3 weeks for a new one and have spent 60 quid on phonecalls to there stupid customer service line while being on hold. What a joke never again
