Items sent to the wrong address in the wrong state!

I ordered 2 items from them on 10/8 and they processed it and took the money for it and sent UPS tracking number and I was supposed to receive it on 10/15 but when it didn't show I checked the tracking number and it said that it was delivered already to somewhere in East Brunswick, New Jersey & signed for by someone named LALA and left on the dock but the address I live at and ordered it for is in Maryland over 300 miles away! I've emailed them several times with no response in over 24hrs, their online chat keeps telling me they're busy with other customers so it's down and with how irritated I am talking on the phone (if I got through!) would not go well! With this experiance I can say I will not be dealing with them anymore, I'll go through walmart or amazon or someone else instead of them anymore!
