Kuerig Broken Frother - Kuerig Frothe

Received a brand new Kuerig Frother appliance for Christmas 2012. I followed directions, I was meticulous about hand washing & drying it immediately after each use, I NEVER submersed it in water. 6 months later after only moderate use, it decides to stop working: (
How disappointing:* (
I do wish I afford to replace it because it was a great machine when it was working... So quiet... Whipping up a full steamy froth within within 20 seconds! My bad experience with it's failure keeps me from investing the pricey $80.
