Noisy kuerig - kuerig

I have had this kuerig for less than a year and all it does is make loud noises while it is letting water out or I have to tap the top of it to make the water come out. My first one I had for 7 years, i gave it to my son for I got a new one. The 7 year old is still not having any problems.
