Purchased dvd/vcr comb on Nov 5. The first time a recorded something on it and was veiwing the recording the picture started jumping/rolling. I just figured it was a bad tape.

A month later I recorded another show on a different tape and when I started veiwing the recorded show the picture started jumping/rolling again.

This time I used the same tape in another VCR. I recorded several minutes of TV and when reviewing the recording the picture did not jump.

I called the electronic department on Dec 23 to see if I could exchange the recorder and he said they could not because they had a 10 day return policy.

I feel I was riped off becasue now I have a VCR that is not working the way it is supposed to do.
