First American Leisure mastercard fraudulent company

On 6-6-02 i was contacted to receive a mastercard with a $2000 limit for $199.90 plus $10.00 service charge. When this maria taped the information (by the way she had to tape it twice because she turned it of the first time when i started questioning her over legitmacy) she did not play a pre-recorded notice about having to put money into this account but when i called them on 8-6-02 this ron replayed the tape with my information and added the pre-recorded part that i never heard. I told them to cancel and credit my account. Ron said systems where down to call back.

After 7 phone calls this amanda-floor supervisor says they will not refund my money nor the $30 (they keep pulling $10 twice a month from my account) and called me a liar saying i heard the prerecorded tape twice. I have filed a complaint with the attorney generals office. I called back and asked for the name of the company since i have never received anything and they keep taking my money.

I also found out the owner of this company is PETER PORCELLI. This company are frauds BEWARE!!! I have already lost $230 I hope noone else does.
