Rude, poor service. Rip-off!

Very long waiting for reply by agents. Agents are rude and they leave you waiting then disconnect the line. Do not deal with this outfit!!! I placed an order on Dec. 18. As of today, Dec. 30, the order was not received. I tried to cancel the order and they claim I'll owe them $25.00 mrestocking fees for a phone I never received and hung up on me.

I believe I was communicating with someone in India. This company does not deserve your business.
