Gary White - Petty Ripoff Outfit and Customer Service Horror Story

Placed an internet order with this company for a book. Their website did not allow review of the the order before being placed. Was charged for incorrect shipping I contacted this outfit immediately after placing the order and received nothing but lame excuse not to cancel the order. Their web site has lack of verification before processing. Gary White defended his poor customer services by being rude and making obfuscating accusations not based in fact.
