Rippoff incompetent technical installation

Lake County Sheriff Department used as guinea pig for technolgy company that uses technicians untrained to install Raytheon/JPS Communications E911 technology equipment. This cost the Department much time and expense to rectify these blunders. Tri-Electronics never sent their technicians to school on how to install mission-critical equipment costing many thousands of dollars and man-hours to correctly install over 11-months which should have taken 2 weeks.
