Camera broken on iPod - Apple IPOD Touch

Electronics and household app.

So I live in Quincy, IL and recently bought an iPod touch. Two weeks later my camera stopped working on it and I wanted to trade it for a different one. When I first called the Sam's club in Quincy I talked to an employee who told me in order to trade it in I needed my receipt even though I told him that I had purchased the iPod with my Sam's credit card. So I began to dig. An hour later I gave up and decided to call back and talk to the manager who proceeded to tell me that there was absolutely no problem that I didn't have my receipt, that they could pull the information up on my account since I had purchased the device on my credit card. He then went to see if they had the item in stock which they did not. He told me that he doesn't know when the next shipment would be for this type of iPod and that my best luck would be to go to the next closet store in Springfield so I don't miss my "30 day window" of trading the iPod out. Now don't get me wrong the gentlemen was very polite but I don't think that if this store doesn't carry something in stock and they don't get it until 2 months later that this should penalize me at all. I shouldn't have to drive 2-3 hours out of town and waist one hundred dollars on gas just to trade in a "bum" iPod. However, with this grim news I decided to continue my search for a store that carried my 16 GB iPod touch. I called Springfield, IL Columbia, MO and finally, Wentzville, MO. The managers I talked to in Springfield and Columbia were both very polite however they both told me that the item was out of stock and that I should continue my search. When I called Wentzville, MO I talked to the manager Olivia. She was very polite and went out of her way to serve me as a costumer. She took my name down and told me that she would look up my information to find the item number on my product and the next closest store that carried the product so I didn't have to keep calling around. I gave her my name and number and five minutes later she called me back. Now as I said before the other managers were nice but this woman really went above and beyond. This is what every manager should aspire to be like!
