What a shame, a company/manager James that is willing to loose $4,000 worth of sales for a measly 250.00 Wow!

I am so angry I only returned from P.C. Rich and Boy in Paramus, after I had been toldby Mo they'll not trade my ipod contact!!! I bought about 4k value of technology in the last 3 months at Computer Richards which is the way you handle your visitors?!!

Contained in The purchase was an ipod itouch, I needed to make use of this about the pier I bought in the same-store three years earlier. Sadly, the Ipod does not appear to match... On any Ipod dock! The Ipod is actually faulty.

Being that I bought the Ipod 14 days earlier, I'd believe an easy trade could be and simple job. No, I had been informed that I required a brand new pier, then I described the problem plus they proceeded to check the Ipod about the docks on the ground.

The sellers Mo did determine the Ipod was faulty. Once I described trade I had been informed to talk to a supervisor David, and he described they do not take trades or discounts on Ipods due to Appleis contract with P.C. Rich and Boy. I told him it was not reasonable and some additional alternative phrases.

Therefore, today I contact apple-only to become informed when the Ipod was not bought in the Apple area they cannot trade it to get a new one.

But, I could easily get a "maintained" (restored), Ipod underneath the guarantee plan

So now I am caught by having an Ipod that does not perform the way in which it will and both Apple andP. C. Rich and Boy have my money.

I am never buying at P.C. Rich and Boy again!!! I also intend on returning each and every bit of product I purchased at P.C. Rich and Boy to get a complete reimbursement since I have just bought 10 days before. Exactly what a disgrace, a business/supervisor David that's prepared to free $4,000 value of revenue to get a measly 250.00 Wow!!!
