SatPro Network massive rip-off! When attempting to return receivers. Plano Texas

I've named SatPro as they installed the equipment. However, when you attempt to return the equipment you have to deal with dishnetwork directly. I've been attempting to return their equipment for over 2 months with no luck. They claim they are sending boxes but the don't. I've asked for tracking numbers and they give me numbers that are not valid. I can't get an RMA number from them because they say it is on the label, which is sent with the boxes.

I've looked at the contract and I had the option of sending back the equipment via boxes or paying someone to come and collect the boxes at a cost of $99 but the agents on the phone tell me that only applies if I move to another location and keep the equipment. They have charged my credit card over $1100 which is now in dispute.

I just want them to provide the boxes or send me someone (and I'm more than willing to part with $99 if it means resolving this) so I can clear up this mess. Comcast, if you want to use my experience for any ad campaign please feel free to contact me.
