Refund/return

Trying to return my equipment. Waiting on the boxes that they sent to my old address and the refund check for installation that they couldn't do. Found out they sent my return boxes to my old address and their explanation was they didn't update the shipping address. Maybe they should move their customer service back to America. Seriously folks... How stupid can you get. Stated I can't get my refund check until I return my equipment. Cant return the equipment until I get the boxes
