Ripoff bad customer service

Electronics and household app.

I signed up for Cable through a retailer of Dish Network named I Satelite. Everything was fine until I had problems with my dish. It was windy and raining one day and my dish fell over. I am in military housing and we are not authorized to have dishes installed on the roof of the house, so they put it on the side of the house on a tripod that was not weighted down. I called the retailer to come fix it and they never came or called. I had no cable for 2 weeks. I even called Dish Network and they said that they would not come out and that I had to deal with the retailer. If they did come out they would have to charge me $29 to come fix it. After numerous phone calls to them, Dish Network finally came and fixed it (3 weeks later). Then had the nerve to give me 2 bags of microwave popcorn for my inconvenience.

I then had to cancel my services with them, due to deployment. They would not come pick up the equipment, they are sending me boxes and labels to send them back to them and without informing me they charged my credit card $700 for the equipment that I have not received boxes for yet.
