Substituted refurbished for new product, incorrectly charged for shipping and would not respond. Rip-off!

I attempted to purchase a Seagate HD. The drive was listed on their web site as an OEM drive. The freight was supposed to be free. On the acknowledgement, freight was added. I called them.

The person I spoke to said that I checked the wrong box for freight. I asked to correct it. He said no, but ultimately agree to correct the order. He said that I was wasting his time and hung up on me. I called back to confirm that the adjustment was made. He said that it was.

It wasn't. Further, they shipped a recertified drive, not an OEM drive. I sent an email offering them to ship the drive that I ordered. No response. I sent another email asking to return the drive and be credited. No response.

Do not buy from this company. Rude, indirect, dishonest, irresponsible.

Steer clear.
