AT&T/Cingular Wireless
Merged Company Contract Never Mentioned Buyout, Early Termination Fee

I had got service with AT&T early this year. AT&T has recently merged with Cingular Wireless. In my contract not once did it state anything about being bought out by another company. I am fed up with the bull, my bills come late, I can't get a contact for customer service that is 24/7.

I want to cancel my service with AT&T but I can't because there is at least a $150 early termination fee. I believe if I want to cancel my service due to being serviced under Cingular I should be able too and not be charged for the stupid fee.
