I am NOT a T-Mobile customer and had T-Mobile Automic withdraw 225.00 from my Checking account. I have tried numberous options to try and get this resolved and have talked to many, many people at T-Mobile and each one has passed the buck.

I did fax information to a person that supposedly could correct this situation but I never received a phone call or response from my fax. Have submitted numberous emails on there supposed customer contact sites and of course no response at all.

I have also been told a number of times that a Customer care person would call me back. I still have not heard from anyone at T-Mobile at all regarding this situation. No one has the courtesy to even return my call.

It appears that they are going to ignore this sitiuation and hope it will go away. So much for any customer care at all let alone a company that really is concerned about there reputaion.

This is the worst possible company image. Think they will be in business long. Sooner or later it will catch up with them. I will be letting eveyone I can know how T-Mobile does business. I am not sure who they paid to get such a good customer rating. I guess surveys can reflect what a company wants the public to see, not how they really do business.
