Ridiculous Engineer's report

These charlatans furnished me with a useless "Engineer's report" (for a faulty plasma TV) that conspicuously avoided any reference to the likely cause. This is something I specifically requested (I was claiming under SOGA 1979) and they promised me they would in a confirmation email, so I released the TV and paid up. Well, they didn't nor would they and it cost me £95. Contacted Trading Standards - not a dicky bird from them either. I eventually secured a legit report from Genserve in Swindon, absolving me of any blame.
