Four Repairs in 3.5 Months and No Replacement Machine

I purchased a Samsung Eco Bubble from Curry's in August. It was plumbed in mid September, as I was having a new kitchen fitted and it could not be plumbed in until then. Since then I have had an engineer round to adjust the door, another one to put a new door on, another one to change the drum last week, with another engineer due next week to change the motor. So, 4 repairs in 3.5 months.

Despite different threats of Trading Standards and the Consumer Complaints Ombudsmen to both Samsung and Curry's, neither will replace the machine!
