From Site to Store - customer service

Recently I've discovered this wonderful way of shopping where you buy online and then pick up at your local store. Unfortunately it the experience was very disappointing when it came to Toys R Us / Babies R Us. I ordered several items online and when I went to pick it up the sales associates couldn't find the items and asked me to return the next day. The next day I returned to find the items all which looked like they were dug out of some dirty attic. I'm not impressed and will definitely not punish myself this way again.
