Asurion refused to replace a phone unless I paid them $300 if the phone had been dropped. The phone quit working after 5 days and had ben shipped via UPS. Since the phone was shipped via UPS could UPS have damaged the phone? The insurance is a rip off. Do not buy the insurance. They just take your money and provide no service nor do they replace the phone with anything close to what you had.
