An hour after I purchased my new galaxy. S III IT fell from my hand, and the back cover stayed in my hand... After the store refused to replace it due to negligence on there part I decided to try to file a claim with the insurance that I was never asked or told about... Well after spending a while on hold and a rude service rep, I find out I don't have or didn't have insurance at the time of the damage! I asked how can I not??? Purchased the purchased the phone before it fell. She said it was because I hadn't made a call yet. I said what??? Apparently the insurance doesn't start till a call is made?!! So I asked well what do I do now? She calmly said" You could purchase another phone. This is a large and overflowing crock of doo doo. Help?!!
