Scam! They don't honor offer price and STEAL accessories and box

They gave me a decent offer to sell my iphone so i shipped them the apple iphone with charger and in the apple iphone box. The do not actually honor or come anywhere close to the offer price so I declined it and they are supposed to send your property back to you. They sent back only the iphone in a little flimsy envelope and kept the charger and iphone box and refuse to answer my numerous e-mails. Do not sell to them they are scam artists.
