Rip Off! Don't trust them with your device

Orange Offer made an offer on my Apple iphone 4S. When they received my phone they claimed they received an Apple 4 not 4S; therefore, reducing the amount paid by $70. I emailed them repeatedly and no response.instead they closed my case and sent me a check by mail. No way to get them to respond to questions. Very frustrating. Filed report with Better Business Bureau. I guess many other people had bad experiences with them and filed reports too.
