I simply acquired 2 HTC evo mobile phones nowadays one did not perform it only kept restarting. Therefore I named i-instant assistance 3 unique technicians mentioned they mightnot support simply because they weren't educated about the telephone and I'd to deliver it back at my cost. And so I request to talk to a boss I questioned why I'd to cover shipping back a mobile phone that NEVER worked he explained that their plan and hungup on me. Bad customer service.
