Ripoff no idea where it came from, it's on my credit card statement

I had noticed a charge for $9 on my monthly bank statement for my debit card. I thought it was for something else so didn't pay much attention to it.

In looking through my statement I saw those charges where on my statement again, so I looked back and found them for the past 6 months.

While I realize it's my fault for letting them go for so long, I also realize they just ripped me off for $54!

I have no idea where the charges generated from.
