I was just going over my VISA statement and noticed the charges. I have the following dates with charges of $16.95 for each: 5/2,6/1,7/2,7/31. I have no idea how these people got my credit card information. I've never even heard of the company. Ripoff

I was just looking over my VISA statement and noticed charges from this company that I've never even heard of. The company name on my bill is Value Plus.

When I called to find out what this was all about the message on the phone referred me to www.programstop.com. That's how I found this site. I did not (knowingly) give this company permission to charge my card for any services. I don't know anything about this company.

I have not yet had a chance to call my bank to find out when these charges began. I can only look back 3 months on my VISA. So far I have charges of $16.95 on the following dates: 5/2,6/1,7/2,7/31. I had no idea I was being charged!!! I do not subscribe to these "shopping value" companies, so I know I didn't sign up for anything.

How did they get my credit information is beyond me and it's very scary! I noticed yet another company that is piling charges onto my VISA. Same type of company called Shopping Essentials. $14.95 a month since 4/30,5/30,6/29. I do not know how far back these charges go either until I contact my bank. I am going to file a separate complaint on this company also. I just don't know what to do? I'm shocked!
