Rip Off Charges on Credit Card

I have had charges on my credit card for GALLERIAUSA. I have no idea what this place really is and how they have my credit card number. This charge has come up twice.

The first time I just ignored it but the second time it caused my checking account to give me overdraft fees of $66.82!! They gave me a 1-800 number to call (1-800-411-8104) but in order to speak to anyone you need to know your member id which I don't know or your home phone number which doesn't work so I don't understand where they got my info from. Because if I had signed up for it my phone number would have went through. Now I can't speak to any one and I don't know how to solve this and stop getting charged.

I have seen that this has happened to other people. If anyone has any info they can give me please do! I need to stop this so I can get my checking account back in order and if anyone knows a way to get ahold of these people to speak to. I would love to have that info so I can speak to them about reinbersing me these overdraft fees. Thanks in advanced to anyone who can help!
