Does not honor advertised rebate policies. Rebate Rip-off!

FYE/Transworld Entertainment offered the Star Wars DVD trilogy with a $15 mail-in rebate if you pre-ordered from fye.com before the release date. After submitting my rebate form, UPC, packing slip and order confirmation to RebateHQ, I have been told that my rebate is invalid because I didn't buy it from a retail store. Line 2 from the rebate form states to include "fye.com order confirmation and packing slip dated 4/22/04 to 10/5/04". This was an online offer and it is not possible to get a packing slip from a retail store.
