Fry's/Outpost (Samsung) Samsung monitor rebate rip-off!

Electronics and household app.
Fry's Electronics (retail stores) and Outpost.com (online Fry's outlet) offered a $100 rebate on Samsung 213T monitors. This apparently was an exclusive Fry's/Samsung rebate. (That is, this was available for Fry's/Outpost customers only.) The rebate was serviced by wheresmyrebate.com, a company located in Canada.
I submitted two rebate requests. One item was purchased at Fry's, the other at Outpost. (My local Fry's only had one in stock.)
The rebate form asks for an invoice. For the Outpost order, I submitted the online invoice, since no invoice was included in the box. The Outpost rebate was denied, and I received an email saying that I had to submit the packing list that came with the monitor.
Fortunately, I did still have the packing list. Many customers, I would imagine, would no longer have the packing list at this point. The rebate form clearly requested an INVOICE, not a PACKING LIST.
They explained on the phone that they consider the packing list to be an invoice, and that they don't accept on-line invoices. Again, it says nothing about this on the rebate form.
After I submitted the packing list, the rebate was again denied, but I was not notified of this. The reason given was "too many items". I had bought two, and, apparently, they will only rebate for one monitor.
While this was in fine print on the rebate form (nothing at point of sale) the language is ambiguous. It says "only one rebate per product". I assuemd that this was to prevent fradulent multiple rebate requests for the same purchase.
