200 USD Rebate for BQ-PB6200 bought never received from BenQ since June Rebate ripoff!

I bought this product (Projector PB6200) from visualapex.com on 6/21. Mailed in rebate form before 6/30. Tracked it on rebatestatus.com for a while thinking my rebates was coming. Today I checked the status at the rebatesstatus.com and they removed my stat because I could not search for it. I never received my promised rebate from BenQ nor from any of their partner. I contacted rebatesstatus.com after ten weeks through their dubious support site but got no reply.

Obviously BenQ is running a conning scheme to defraud consummer with false advertisement and promise. If anyone will sue them for consumer fraud they can contact me for evidence and testimony. After all these time I probably not going to see my rebate. I made a mistake buying their product expecting to receive a rebate. Please be aware that BenQ is running by criminal and they will cheat you.
