Ripoff $29.95 USB400 Wireless LAN Rebate Ripoff no any response

I bought a Syntax USB400 Wireless LAN card from www.ecost.com on Aug 4. The rebate form states that there is a syntax rebate of $29.95 for the purchased between Aug1 to Aug 31. I did all what the rebate form requested: mailed the form, the receipt and the original UPC barcode to the following address:

After more than 7 months till now, I still did not get any message for this rebate. I was not told if it is approved or denied, and of course did not get the rebate back yet. The rebate form said that it takes 10-12 weeks to receive the rebate check, and did not even give any contacting phone number.

This is the first time I bought a syntax product and I will be hesistate to buy any product from them in the future because of this bad experience.
