Brookline Adult Community Education stunned at how badly run it has become, rude... Unreasonable... Unfair and unresponsive

A Java course interested me in the BCAE catalog to practice my Java computer application skills... The courses don't count for college credit but some of their courses as I enrolled in a while previously were alternative and low cost way to practice knowledge without the pressure of a real college course. Most of their computer courses that I checked out in the previous sessions were canceled due to low enrollment.

As I contacted the office for a scholarship, I received the impression that new people were running the office as I was dealing with the runaround by making me fill out a number of forms... in my previous experiences, the man knew me and offered a little help with the fees without filling out that crap. Upon further correspondence, the office didn't know what they were going to do to run Java until the day before... A real pain... Subsequently, a e mail told me the scholarship needed to be sent in a week in advance... Unfair in that it didn't say that in their forms... And the names of the person I was receiving the e mails from were never provided...

Later that week someone did convey to me that no deadline was needed... But as I inquired by phone as to where the e mails were with updates to my hotmail, some abrupt sounding african american female got to the phone and started getting snappy that the deadline for scholarships had ended. I couldn't understand what person in that office was lying but it seemed unfair... The names were never provided but I could surmise it was different people... Seemed too unreasonable. I told that african american female I will send the documents and talk to the Director.

As I sent the documents, it took soooooooooo long for someone to get back... As a reply e mail was received it was simply a reply to a further e mail that the deadline has ended. I requested to talk with the Director,, but my e mails were no longer answered... Liars... I assume my documents were never forwarded to the Director... Some people were running this office a few years before that weren't this bad...
