I was a client of Mrs. Brantly's for approximately 7 years. Her services were so-so, recently I requested that she give me a letter of dismissal so That I could receive care from a clinical nurse specialist who was dependable and professional. After several request for the letter I finally received it after showing up to her office unexpectedly. When I spoke with Mrs. Brantly she was Defensive, sarcastic, and unwilling to listen to my reasons for leaving, She was very bias she took what her secretary said as the only possible truth. The incident (s) that led to my wanting to be dismissed after 7 years is the lack of professionalism on her secretary "angie's" part. I mailed important papers for a college scholarship oppurtunity to Mrs. Brantly's office on January 3/5 2011. So that she could fill them out since that was the requirement for eligibility. I called Mrs. Brantly's secretary about 3 days after mailing the forms, I asked her if she received them since papers I sent to Mrs. Brantly in the past mysterious havegotten lost in the mail and almost caused me to get my license suspended (mail mysteriously sarted getting lost in the mail after she got her new secretary Angie).

Angie said "yes, I did receive the forms and will make sure that 'Deb' signs them". I never received the forms back nor did I receivce a phone call. I was panicked I needed the forms back before january 21. Angie was well aware of this because I left her several messages which she didn't have the common courtesy to reply to.

The deadline came and went and still no response from Angie. This incident was the last straw for me, I decided to set an appointment to see a new CNS. After I set the appointment I called to tell Angie that I would need a dismissal letter so that I could see a new CNS.

After weeks of callling the office with no response back, Angie miraculously called me back about 2 minutes after I left this message. She said that she did have Mrs. Branty fill the forms out and that she didn't know where they could be. This is how Mrs. Brantly's business is very hard to get in contact with her.

Mrs. Brantly admitted that "I don't know what happened with those papers (scholarship application) but the dismisal letter she (angie) did send." I don't believe that Angie ever gave her the scholarship forms to be filled out. I want to receive services from someone who has my best interest at heart.

Mrs Brantly never even gave me an apology for her secretary's mistake, I felt as if it was made to be my fault. For this lack of concern I give Mrs. Brantly's business overall a 2 1/2 out of 5. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
