The foreclosure assistance service program guarantee that they can help me. They asked for $1200 up front promising that they can help me get back on track with my mortgage company. Then when they could not work out an arrangment with my mortgage company, no refund on my money.

I know i signed an contract, but i feel that they put up all the hype to get my money.in the meantime time was lost and i could of use the time and money for a lawyer to help me or a more legit company.
