Foreclosure and not even late! Oklahoma

I lost my job 7 months ago and have always kept my bills up. We inquired about a mortgage assistance program and below is the letter we received. Now mind you, we have never been late on a payment and this company is unwilling to work with someone that is not 60 days delinquent. No wonder so many people get in trouble, this company is not willing to work with you BEFORE you get into trouble. Midland Mortgage wants to start a foreclosure process when we have never even been late. This is really a fly by night company that our mortgage was sold to and it is an outrage. This company needs to be investigated (and there are plenty of complaints launched against them)
