Ripoff - dishonest collection practices, fraudulent billing

I paid Talk America my last bill with them by paper check, but some how it it was aslo sent through as a pre authorized draft also. The paper draft cleared but the pre-authorized draft did not. My account was official paid off at Talk America but the pre-authorized draft was returned. I thought I was done with it becauseI owed nobody anything. How wrong I was, the pre autorized drafts was returned because they tried to clear the same day with the same check number and certegy collections ended up with it. And now life has become hell. All I receive are notices that I owe them 105.13 (this bill was orginally only 74.63) they are reporting this on my credit report and insist that I owe them the money, when everything is paid. I tried to get Talk America to intercede but they said it was paid so I had to deal with certegy. Certegy is rude and they pass you from one collecter to another and you can even hear them laughing in the back ground. I am trying to contact the FCC, Public Utility services and Talk America, but nobody seems to care. Are tere any suggestion out there.
