Rip-off! These thieves need to be stopped! I want my money back!

I saw the add ina news paper. I asked for their info to be sent to me. I live in DC. They sent me info. I sent them my Bank card number to receive the product faster. I have yet to receive anything. What can be done to stop this company?

I want my money back. This should not be legal for them to do this. I don't care how you put it, it's stealing and something should be done about it. I am very angry.
