Fraud, stealing money from innocent people!

This is very nauseating! I found an e-check on my bank account on 12/26/08 dated 12/18/08 but drafted from my account on 12/24/08 for $29.99 for a "six digit" check number, which seemed suspicious, because my check numbers are "four digit". When I clicked on the check number via my online banking this check appeared to be legit but none that I authorized! This check also had an address that I lived at 5 YEARS AGO!!! Attempting to contact the number listed on the check we first received a busy signal which concerned us more, thinking this was a bogus number. Calling again later, I spoke with a rep and she stated they are a third party billing company and that the payment request was from a Moon Park-Adult Web Site Subscription. I told her this was a fraud case and I wanted to be refunded. We were told that she cancelled the subscription and we would receive our funds back within 7-10 business days. Not taking this situation lightly, I went to my bank the next morning (Dec 27) and closed our bank account. Though this was only $29.99... My husband and I felt that if "these" people have gotten away with stealing $29.99, the next time it would be more and/or all and this was not worth taking a chance. Not letting it just slide by my husband began searching for more information on this "MOON PARK" and found this web site which has made both of us very angry, scared and "sick to our stomachs". When reading some of the postings, I TOO WAS ONCE A MARY KAY CONSULTANT!!! I have contacted several people that have been or ARE currently Mary Kay consultants and made them abreast of this situation. One posting from this web site recommended that we make a complaint on the following link... Www.ic3. Gov. My husband has done so! We all need to come together and report this matter to the Police, State Attorney's office, this web site provided above, our bank fraud departments and whom ever else, so that these person (s) can be stopped! We are everyday, middle class citizens, working hard to make a living and you have EVIL people stealing form the innocent!!!
