Ripoff, scam Apartment search services

The same week of me signing up I was not able to get into the website, I called many times telling them about my problem and they would just give me the run around that they were having technical difficulties, that someone would call me back in a couple of hours and nowone would ever call me back.

I would call back, this went on for about a month I would email, fax, call, and they made it seem like I was doing something wrong from my end. I finally got someone to fax me a copy of the list. The list had same numbers and same apartments that were for rent when I signed up with the company. Aparments that did not take their services or had never heard of their services.

After about 2 months I went out on my own search because I was desperate to find an apartment. I suffer from disk degenerative disease and I'm only 27 years old, I have 2 kids and was living in a 3 story building with no elevator. I was in need of a lower unit apartment, I finally found something on my own and I had to repay for a credit report.

I requested my refund after the 3 months, faxed them all my necessary papers that they requested and was told to call Lindsay, mail box always full. I called time and time again requesting my refund and nothing to this day. I have all my proof of my emails sent to them but I never got any replies.

So much for their legit contract that I signed "guaranteed or your money back". It is all a big scam...
