False, exaggerated sales pitch to CON you, They CANNOT PROVIDE what they claim to sell then REFUSE TO REFUND YOU

Shops, Products, Services

I was misled by a fraudelent add they placed on Apartments.com. 1 and 2 bedroom apartments up to $900.00, fire place, garage, pet friendly. 101 Federal Street. It was just to hook me. When I called, the salesperson promised he would be able to rent my existing apartment and find me what I was looking for in the area I wanted to live. He was selling what the Apartments.com add claimed. I specified several times what my criteria was, and several times he reassured me.

So I purchased their Gold Option without being able to read their terms and agreement because their site was not functioning properly. I put in my search criteria and it produced ZERO hits. This salesperson lost interest with me and put me on with what sounded like the owner. The owner than berrated me for not being realistic, expanded my search criteria on his end, and produced hits in areas I do not want to live. He told me he would assign a customer service rep to help me. A customer rep never contacted me and over 3 weeks later after my credit card company is disputing them, I am being spammed by listings in areas I would never consider living.

Within hours on the same day of purchase, I called back to cancel this service and ask for a refund. The owner answered the phone and told me his customer service had gone home to call back the next day. This is a game they play, always telling you to call back. I called back three times the next day. They still refused: you agreed to our terms, give us a chance, we are not a Craigs list, we rent apartments, you accessed our information, how do we know you are not trying to rip us off, show us your present lease, you need to be realistic, we can have you in a place in 2 hours...

I DO NOT want their services and I want my money back. Customers have a right to return or change their mind if they have not damaged or used the service or merchandise. They LIED about their services. They cannot meet my needs, they cannot produce results for my search criteria, they cannot rent my present apartment, they misled me. I cannot rent my present apartment and will be here for the duration. I will then be trying to buy a place this summer. I have no use for this service.

I had a short window of where I needed to make the move and they could not provide what they promised. They never sent any emails to me until they heard from my credit card company disputing this charge for their service, and now I am being spammed - over 3 weeks later - by their email listings in areas I would never consider moving too.

They have poor customer service and they trap people through fraudulent sales practices.

I refuse to do business with them and I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
