IS A SCAM they ripped off my money Ripoff

I was in a pinch and needed to find a place to rent in April of 04, of all the numbers I called for rent in the OC Register, many went back to the same phone number, CA4Rent. I discussed their services with them, they informed me that their services were "guaranteed or your money back". I paid my $95 dollars and walked off with my listings... Upon calling. Just about all were either non-existant or very old. I was even yelled at by a few of the people on the other line.

I called to request a refund, they said I would have to fax in some documents which I did, I also sent a certified letter requesting the refund. When I called to check the status of my refund they said I had to speak to Lindsay and gave me her cell phone number which always had a full mailbox. I called back and asked for someone else, they gave me a girl named courtney who said she would check on it and call me back. She never did. I spoke to her once more she said that she thought the check was mailed, give it a few days and call back if I didn't get it. I haven't received the check and everytime I call I am put on hold for 10-20 minutes which no one ever picking up. I'm at my wits end. I don't want this happening to other people and I'm contemplating legal action.
