Resorts 2 Rent
Illed twice, before signed contract faxed back

Miscellaneous

Not only was I billed twice before I signed and faxed back the contract, I have been trying since Oct 7th to receive a refund of the difference that I was charged on my credit card due to currency conversion in the amount of $59.95. I don't understand how they could reverse the charge within days but not figure out how to refund the overcharge that was caused by their mistake. I have emailed and spoken to the office over 10 times and after initially been told that it wasn't their problem have now been told at least 6 times since Oct that it is being processed. They do not respond to my emails and they lie when I speak to them in person. As for the contract, In 90 days I have not had a single call regarding the rental of my 12 weeks after been told that it was a no-brainer and an excellent money making opportunity. I have now requested a refund of my 12 weeks and will see what happens there. I requested a response to the email requesting the cancellation and have not had one and I have mailed a copy to them so they have it on file. They have stopped responding to my voice messages asking for a call back.in my opinion they are a scam and cannot be trusted. Do not fall for their hype and send them your hard earned money. I was fully open to having them prove me wrong and this is not happening after a full 3 months.
